Personally, I only think I’d go for a smart ring if Apple made one (I use Apple products 🤷♂) and I started really caring about sleep tracking. Otherwise I’d much rather use a smartwatch as I wear watches all the time.

4:04 an adaptive ring that can change size is imperative. Losing/ gaining weight or even water weight. I hope apple does something like this
