Lexy, did you hear something about an issue with new Galaxy Buds 3 Pro?

Samsung definitely didn’t consider that woman would use this watch, that strap is crazy! Also I check my sleep by wearing the watch and it’s bad I got a sleep score of 59. The touch bezel is hit or missed.

How come I can’t find the ultra for WIFI only. They’re all LTE.

Its LTE only. same as apple watch ultra

There isn’t enough to differentiate the GW7 and Ultra prices. Samsung needs to differentiate the two watches better. I’m skipping the Ultra and waiting a couple more years for a better watch. I’m hoping for a square screen in a couple years.

For those that upgraded from the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, can you reuse the 5 Pro charger on the Galaxy Watch Ultra? Or will I need to buy a new second charger for the Ultra to keep at the office/car? Thank you!

You would need a new one. They shape of the bottom has changed due to the new sensor.

My watch 6 classic and now watch ultra chargers are still unused in their boxes, as I’ve been using the one from the pro

Knowing that the Apple Watch Ultra 3 is coming in September just makes you feel even more sorry for Samsung and their shameful cheap Temu-looking Ultra knockoff with a laughable Exynos. Talk about looking embarrassing these days. 🤭😂🤦‍♂

No rotating bezel? Samsung has lost what made it interesting and is slowly becoming just a copy of Apple.

Talk about how easy it is to side load all these Samsung exclusive features to any other brand..

  12. @oncrei

    July 25, 2024 at 2:07 pm

Yeah. It’d be a no brainer if the 10 ATM rating came with diving depth sensor up to 40m like the apple watch ultra

  13. @Shan_Shah

    July 25, 2024 at 3:30 pm

I feel like they should’ve kept the new sensor either exclusive to the watch ultra or should’ve putted an even better sensor on ultra which is on par with apple watch ultra, they shouldn’t have the same sensor the ultra needs to be more differentiated

It’s the battery life that is critical. I can’t even get 12 hours from Watch6. Hopefully the ultra will perform as expected

    • @jamesm568

      July 25, 2024 at 3:57 pm

If you use the health features then yes, you will get crappy battery life. I don’t use the gimmicky health features so with the watch6 I can get 3 to 4 days of battery life and with the Ultra I can get 5 days of battery life just like with the watch5 pro.

@@gtaseed I don’t use sleep tracking has they are separate medical devices that are designed to do that accurately. I don’t wear watch when I sleep anyway.

I wish Samsung had a steel or titanium option for the regular 7. Aluminum is just to soft.

    July 25, 2024 at 3:52 pm

Now I have the Ultra because it was only $229.99 with a trade-in. You can also pick up the watch7 for around $45 if you play your cards right. I got the Ultra because of the bigger battery just like the watch5 pro. I personally disabled the health features as I care less about those options and I’m able to get 5 days worth of battery life. I use my smartwatch for texting, notifications, and weather. The Ultra’s interface is definitely much smoother with its new hardware. If you disable the gimmicky Bixby and remove some of the bloat that’s on the Ultra and other unwanted apps and look through your permissions carefully can also increase your battery life. Now if you’re a health nut and love using Samsung’s gimmicky health features then you probably get a day to two days out of it.

    smart watch are overrated.
battery only lasts for a day, too many app updates and slow as well.

just buy tracker with builtin GPS such as fitbit charge etc.
