    Is Discovery worth more than $2.25/share? Remembering that the spin off of Discovery would be debt free, as Netflix takes that on. Paramount is lowballing, trying to get a discount for cash now.

    if WBD takes the hostile offer from Paramount, does WBD have to pay the $5B breakup fee to Netflix?
