What are you even trying to say in the comment? I can interpret it in at least 5 different ways. I’m going to go with “yikes”; that covers 3/5 of the interpretations.
@hackbaba999 This chef traveled to Mexico and became inspired by the Indigenous Cuisine there. Most of what he cooks is Mesoamerican food not from that far north in the Pacific North West. He cooks Native food alright but mostly Native Mexican.
Sean Sherman has such a sweet look on his face when that guy lets him know the food is good! Native food was outlawed once! Sean has at least one book…. have fun, and eat healthy!
No, historically “Native Americans” have looked down on Indigenous Mexicans and Latin Americans. That was until Mexican food became “viral” then they weren’t as dismissive lol.
@MercenaryBlackWaterzgeographically Mexico is in America and just because you knew some people that didn’t like other people doesn’t mean all or even most felt that way. Duh
I hope Native American cuisine becomes part of Americas palate once more.
It makes so much sense from every angle and could give struggling communities a whole new lease of life. Very best of luck!

Most of his food is Native Mexican and he’s like 60% white. “Native American” food FTW!

I would love to try more indigenous “american” food! 😍
American in quotes because it’s not the real name of the land and it kinda grosses me out to use that name.

Native Mexican is native American and who cares how white he is when he’s clearly embracing his native roots.
