Those who know, know these funds are political puppets for the Left. Most shareholders of Tesla are under their control and have no idea. These are passive investors who have no idea how these things work, it’s their money in the company, but they rarely ever exercise their voting powers, hence why these funds have so much influence. It should be illegal for these funds to vote on these shareholders behalf. Force individual shareholders to vote themselves, or don’t vote at all.

@Secretprojects-m4h I can’t give many details here, as I’m tired of those in charge snooping and making my life more difficult than it should be. My part is decades worth of efforts, so I’ll only risk what’s necessary. Potential options are available, but if presented, it’s still up to the world/citizens to do something about it, with it, create from it, or create their own whatever it is for society. It’s not a singular task, but citizens being decentralized will be important going forward in the future.

The anti-Elon political campaign, to me, is the most obvious evidence of corruption on the Left. This is the dark side of capitalism and of public companies, where the owner can be overshadowed in his own company by bad, but influential, actors. This is activist investing gone wrong.
The simple solution to this is to pass a Law preventing the Fund from voting on behalf of the its investors, even though they legally own the shares, they are using investors money to do so, it should be held under the investors name, not theirs. Naturally, Governments are complicit in this and so this Law is unlikely to ever pass.

There might be a good argument for CEO’s with aspbrurgers dont politic well. He couldn’t forsee how unpopular being the richest man in the world AND taking away food/services for the poorest peoples would be.

The sovreign norwegian wealth fund have been consistent regarding CEO pay for years now, not just in Tesla or against Musk, but also against Gelsinger (Intel), Apple, Meta etc. This is not something new, and the wealth fund will continue to vote no on extreme pay packages for CEO’s.

They have been consistent on saying that CEO pay being too high tho.
