So…don’t wear headphones when playing??

Maybe not please. I have heard enough of people playing music out loud.
Lowering the volume you have on your headphones when you are playing could be an easy and more healthy fix. You don’t need to have it on high volume, just a little can be fine.

Wait I do hear that ringing sometimes. Better start using the speakers instead.

Really? People don’t know that ? How about defining what a louder level is and talking about methods to reduce the risks like recommended volume level, software that can be used to cap db, or maybe noise-canceling headphones could be a better option.
Solutions instead of just talking about the obvious problems.

Yo can use headphones with the 60/60 rule: 60% maximum volume, 60 minutes a day.
