Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos is set to face questions from a Senate subcommittee about its planned purchase of Warner Bros.’ streaming and studio businesses. Jennifer Huddleston, senior fellow in technology policy at the Cato Institute, says Netflix is likely to focus on “market definition” to deflect antitrust concerns. She joins Caroline Hyde and Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Tech.”
