    It rains A LOT in london. Nobody wants an electric bike for transportation where it rains alot.

      We have them in Seattle. The bikes and scooters are extremely popular even though it does rain a lot.

    Yeah no… Until you can replace the image in people’s heads of all those scooters and city bikes in trash piles and in the bay….Not gonna get that popular support
