    I’ve done that as well – faint from exhaustion. I fell on my face and broke my nose. Unfortunately the demands in my life prevent me from getting more sleep 🙁

    I share this belief, unfortunately I have a baby at home. When I hit my head on my desk today, I only needed 7 stitches though.

    Recent studies been coming up about it not being the “amount” of sleep but the quality of sleep. You can be sleeping for the whole day, and you would still feel like you didn’t sleep enough. It’s because you need to be in that deep REM sleep for enough time period to be well rested. That’s why some people can do intermittent sleep and be just as alert as someone who slept full straight hours

    For a soft bed you wanna use a flat pillow and sleep on your back. For a hard bed you wanna use a tall pillow and sleep on your side. Banana in pajama.
