What about if we want to help along the next pandemic instead? I wouldn’t be mad about working fully remotely and there be a standing order for people to stay 6ft away from me at all times again.

None of us have a choice how to stop a plandemic. Just like convid we will be forced to comply with the invented next fallacy.

Sounds ideal but does nothing to stop anyone digging out pathogens to research and play around with in biolabs and one escaping all barriers to reach us, intentionally or accidently

People don’t just randomly go around breaking vials in labs as shown in the movies. Also, YouTubers like kurgzegast get views by making dramatic content. I would suggest to keep some faith in humanity.

It’s called dealing with what is in your control to manage risk.

Waste of time to sit around in fear over things you have no control over.

So more trees would have prevented small businesses from losing their means of livelihood?

Would not have stopped covid 19 because that came from a lab. By poeple like him “studying” the virus and ends up “accidentally” spreading it to the whole world population.

Wow, go Neil Vora!! Let’s do care about the polar bears, and all other sentient creatures! Also, you’re “and trust me, I’m not just saying it because bats are my second favorite animal group other than snakes” had me laughing so hard! haha But it’s so true, they’re important for ecosystems and for us but also just important in their own right

      true

    • @peglor

      December 10, 2023 at 9:22 am

It’s not so much that the world is greedy, but the corporations literally select for the greediest most self serving people they can find to run them, so regardless of how people in general are, the people with the power to make a difference are the exact people who would destroy it all for just a little bit more money. It’s very much the purpose of governments (If they claim to represent the people) to make laws to hold corporate greed to account, but it’s all too easy for those in government to take the donations and the promise of a high paying ‘consultancy’ position after their political term ends and just do what they’re told 😞.

  21. @hungrymusicwolf

It is much more effective to prevent than it is to solve/cure. Sadly we often like to ignore the obvious solutions because they’re uncomfortable and force us to change out ways.

I’m not a world leader or have big words to influence people but my actions for helping to fight climate change is controlling my daily activitis not to affect the environment like: reject to use unnecessary plastic bags when shoping, carry my own useable bags, put trash in a right garbage bins, tell my team to do it too, limit to use plastic bottles…

  27. @BrianMcInnis87
