You didn’t mention the hidden condition about the processor to be 8th gen or newer.
Shows how crappy Microsoft’s internal communication network is between Tech and Marketing teams!!

You can install it on older processors from updates, you just have to enroll into the beta build tests or whatever is called. I was able to install it in my PC with an i7 6700k.

It’s not that easy if your disk your installing win 11 to isn’t in the right format, or you didn’t install win 11 while in uefi mode instead of other os etc.

As much as I immediately want Windows 11, if history is any indication I should wait to install and let people figure out the bugs

You can still install Windows 11 even if you don’t read the requirements. It’s actually says on Microsoft website on how to bypass this

Neither of my PCs meet the requirements for Windows 11 and 1 has a TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot IS ENABLED on the PC WITH THE TPM 2.0
PS: he did Windows HOME for the demo on the USB method BUT IF YOU CHOOSE TO CREATE A USB INSTALL DRIVE I RECOMMEND UPGRADING TO PRO
You LITERALLY MIGHT HAVE TO BUY A PRO product key
The price of a product key for Windows 11 PRO WILL BE WORTH IT IF you WANT TO BE GIVEN THE OPTION to sign in with a LOCAL ACCOUNT after completing the OOBE

Hi thanks for the good info. I have a question. Just today my HP spectre laptop that I got this year. the computerl let me know that my computer was ready to upgrade to Windows 11. So I upgraded. The download took maybe and hour and a half. But then asked me to restart. I restarted my laptop 2 hours ago and it’s still loading I mean the Hp logo appears with and circle going round and it’s been so long. My question is, is this normal? How long is the process once one hits restart? Should I shut down my laptop or wait? Please help me

You need an actual reason to update it. In the old days, you would always wait until Service Pack 1 if you have anything on your computer that you value.

Romans 9:15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.
Romans 9:16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.
Romans 9:17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.
Romans 9:18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth.
Romans 9:19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will?
Romans 9:20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
Romans 9:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?

The microsoft account during the initial setup is not a requirement, that comes up only if you have the machine connected to the internet. Unplug the network cable during the install before it reaches the setup stage and it will create a local account. I did that during my install from a usb as I don’t want the microsoft account signed in on the entire device.

At 8:04 you have to take off the USB stick before the restart begins. Otherwise you will stay in a endless looooop! The other important information is that you should take your windows key off the system before you do a full recovery. Most of the people don’t have their product key anymore… So please include more informations the next time!
