The bezels are just gross… I don’t even care how good the watch actually is, it’s just a dealbreaker. Unfortunately.

I used to think the galaxy watch active 2 was basically samsung taking the apple watch design and make it circular but this google watch is literally that. No hate the watch is gorgeous 😍 but let’s call a spade a spade

They should have copied more and made it square, the UI looks murdered.

I hope it’s nothing like an apple anything. I’m not interested in buying a battery hogging overpriced POS .

It’s been a long time coming I hope it lives up to the hype.

Google is sooo convoluted. Google Fit and Fitbit sounding much like their messaging apps, hangouts, messages, chat, duo bla bla bla.

useless – as google does – most likely battery will suck (android) buy a Garmin

How can you not be embarrassed as an android user that google basically aped the Apple Watch in every regard.

I am a google user, but the only thing i have on me from Apple is the Apple Watch, this is definitely going to be interesting, as i have developed to love the Apple Watch ( even if i am not a fan of Apple )

Didn’t know you could use google devices with Apple Watch

    • onlyanaccount

      May 13, 2022 at 1:40 pm

      @Archie D me neither

    • onlyanaccount

      May 13, 2022 at 1:58 pm

@Archie D Just checked, you can’t. You can set up an apple watch with data using another iPhone but it won’t interface with your android phone at all

      May 13, 2022 at 2:34 pm

@onlyanaccount Thanks a lot for the advice. I was thinking of trading my iPhone XS Max for a Google Pixel 6 Pro and pairing the Google with my Apple Watch.

I stop using Fitbit after many years as all the cool stuff is behind a paywall. I can’t see anything better than my garmin

Don’t buy this watch immediately guys, I did same mistake with first version of fully wireless pixel buds, it had so many issues that pixel discontinued it very soon, and released pixel buds a series. I pre-ordered them and paid full price and regret that purchase till date, that’s why I decided never pre-order any Google product, wait for trusted reviews and/or price drop or A version of it which will obviously come out anyway.

Some ppl been waiting for specifically a Google smartwatch for years, I’m sure it’s been in development for years, and the design it’s just bad IMO. Even if its the greatest most functional smartwatch ever created, a watch is meant to look good on your wrist.

Huawei watch GT2 nailed it a long time ago, others just follow ,,,

They took to long to release it imo.
