I think you didn’t mention how much inbuilt storage comes on the A56 and whether or not it comes with expandable storage.

So disappointing that they removed the SD card from the A36 and A56. 💔

@@stephen_sezs You don’t use a microSD when available? They’re super cheap and convenient, you really should use one

There are still us dedicated micro SD and headphone jack users.

To be honest, I never used the micro SD card slot except for as a card reader to transfer files for another device because at that time I didn’t have a dedicated card reader. The A26 still has it though, but it’s basically an A54 or A35.

The a36 is the best deal out of all the phones. It looks premium but it still has an affordable price. On prepaid carriers I bet all of these will be much cheaper and sell really well.

Apple set the bar and Samsung filled in the lower gaps. Kinda makes me laugh with the knock off XS camera design, like Android users, if you want an iPhone just get an iPhone.
Other than that, overall these phones are definitely something you can recommend to “never-apple” users or someone who just wants a simple touch screen phone in 2025. Nice that AI in these phones is what’s becoming standard like she said and it’s nice to see across the board companies are sticking into their big phone eras. I eventually want a bigger screen but I’m just not ready yet.

Nothing’s brand new 3a/ 3a Pro phones sounds like a better option, also Samsung’s names for these phones, A26 A36 A56, confuse me…

Now these are worth it than the 16E models

    • @Benveniste1822

      March 4, 2025 at 2:55 pm

What’s really good about 16E is that it has an A18 chipset much better than any of those shown in the video! But I still think it is better to look around for a Pixel 8A of 9A or discounted Galaxy S23/24 series or even iPhone 15 or 15 Pro refurbished instead.

    • @BruceLeeRoy26

      March 4, 2025 at 4:38 pm

No they’re not lol I wouldn’t use an A series phone past a year. You can use an 16E for about 4-5 years easily.

    • @napsterking

      March 4, 2025 at 5:34 pm

@@BruceLeeRoy26Why get a 16e when a 15 is much better and around the same price.

    • @BruceLeeRoy26

      March 4, 2025 at 6:04 pm

@ isn’t that the same for every budget phone? Why don’t you just get the previous generation of blank instead of (insert budget phone here)?

  11. @RYOTT22

Samsung should just rename their phone arm to SAMPLE as it’s clear they are the Android version of Apple

This looks like One UI 7 on these phones. While last years S24 (not to talk about that I guess prehistoric S23/22…) still don’t have it. And there is no exact date when it will be available. Kinda all you have to know about Samsung…

    • @summernightlavvy9771

      March 4, 2025 at 4:52 pm

God forbid they optimize the new software for the older hardware. If they make a big change like with oneui7 it will take teams months to repackage it to the previous gen. OneUI7 on the A series is a stripped back version of it- its literally called OneUi core. Companies are only able to mass drop software if it’s light enough to not cause any hiccups, but when they do that the fanbase complains there weren’t enough changes. They can’t do anything right in the eyes of the fans. As 24Ultra user oneui 6 is stable and powerful (why any reviewer worth their spit gave it phone of the year) I don’t want them to rush oneui7 and have me lose performance.

    • @stevanb.2590

      March 4, 2025 at 5:32 pm

@ as S24 user you aren’t interested in getting latest and greatest ? Since One UI 7 was supposed to come out last year. You know all that talk – better animations, camera performance, new look… that’s pretty strange… PS with that camera performance and display issues (8 bit, grain) wasn’t even near “phone of the year” to be honest

    • @sawyerleemoore

      March 4, 2025 at 7:14 pm

April 18th is the confirmed date from Samsung for the S24 series. Ugh 6 more weeks.

    • @summernightlavvy9771

      March 4, 2025 at 7:18 pm

@stevanb.2590  no shot you misunderstood that- if I wanted the latest and greatest I’d be a yearly upgrader. I want consistent high performance, I don’t want broken software, give me the proper update when it’s done. Also I’m not the one that gave it phone of the year big dog literally the vast majority of major reviewers did, only one who didn’t is whosetheboss and he gave it to a brand not even available in half the world, and even if it was all the hate samsung gets for being arguably the most consistent major player in the mobile space is baffling

    • @Mrkipapadjenja

      March 4, 2025 at 7:52 pm

No point in explaining Samsung fans what real software support means. “I’d rather wait” mentality

  14. @joaoalves7760

    March 4, 2025 at 4:38 pm

Well they are all disappointing and not even interesting looks like just landfill garbage
For that prices I prefere nothing 3a and 3a pro or 2a or 2 or even the cmf

Its crazy reading the negative feedback. Samsung literally has the most stable android UI especially in the -500 category. They support their devices for longer than any other budget brand are tied for longest support on flagships. The device are more modern- which is what fans wanted, theyre still the samsung design language and are providing a long lasting midrange experience. People are gonna hate for no reason ig

Iphone XR from 2018. has latest iOS (and will probably get iOS 19) while S24 from last year still doesn’t have One UI 7. Plus it’s known how Samsung cripples older devices with software updates. Stop defending multibillion dollar company.
