Europe do a big think in protective it’s allies, I can truly say that nowadays it is Europe and Ukraine protecting from dicatorship, not USA as it was 50 years ago. But, army without combat experience is just a paper army, Where russian army was before real war and where it is now? So the best way to defend is to use your army, rather then spending billions for ages as it was in Cold War. Hot War would be cheaper, I think, and more fast to end future wars, rather awaiting for a threads above EU cities.

Ukraine has a policy to allow AI companies to test it’s systems against Russia. Probably explains the US southern command endgame…a proving ground.
