Snap the core module off – instant life-resolution passthrough

It’s too bad it’s not micro OLED and only has eye tracking and no full face tracking

      November 12, 2025 at 1:52 pm

Why would it need full face tracking?? And since theres a port on the front you could add it yourself if needed

@HonestyLiesThere are many diehard VR players that would love full face tracking for VR social platforms like VrChat and other titles.

@nagamon7915 i dont think this product is for all the die hard fans, its for getting new people into vr or bringing people back into it, 99% of people wouldnt be using the face tracking so why waste the processing on that, die hard fans could add it if they need it, but really doesnt make sense to be on a wireless headset if the usecase is so slim

full face tracking is for gooners, eye tracking is the only thing you need for better performance. what a waste of resources

Hmmm 🤔, I might want one. But, I wear 👓🤓 . Will those 🥽 fit over my eye wear 👓??

It does fit over glasses if they’re not oversized; Scott’s glasses were a little tighter fit.

It’s so tiny. I’d hope one of these is ~$400 because I’ll be getting one

    • @kozmex

      November 12, 2025 at 4:28 pm

There’s no way it’s prob gonna be around 1200 based on leaks

    • @silver_forest-k5i

      November 12, 2025 at 7:54 pm

Ill buy if it is under 700

    • @SorchaSublime

      November 12, 2025 at 7:55 pm

@kozmex there are no reliable price leaks. 400 would be competitive with the Meta Quest

    I curious about pass through.

  6. @GlowyPaws

    November 12, 2025 at 2:28 pm

Though I’m curious what about full body tracking

    No DP port???😢

  8. @JellyGoobz

    November 12, 2025 at 3:33 pm

Please let it be affordable and not 599 or whatever

    • @Bowie-e4r

      November 12, 2025 at 4:26 pm

I would say 600 would be a really fair price for what you get.. I even expect 800-900 😅

  9. @jprzy3955

    November 12, 2025 at 3:47 pm

Do it will be a alternativ or even better compare to the meta quest 3? (Price range like 400-500€ and tec. Spec abd also software) so its basicly a question of price/hardware/software

where is the link cable ? we want PC VR also able to connect to pc with cable!

    • @Masteroftheweb

      November 12, 2025 at 8:03 pm

There is a wireless dongle for that

    November 12, 2025 at 4:17 pm

Ok so full gaming rig still required. We don’t need streaming

    • @Notme-VR

      November 12, 2025 at 4:26 pm

No, it can run standalone aswell. You dont need a pc

  12. @mcmilliftw1166

    November 12, 2025 at 4:45 pm

Hope they’re aggressive with pricing because if it’s priced anything like the valve index it won’t sell very many.

  13. @freshs5647

    November 12, 2025 at 6:05 pm

NO DP, what a joke of a headset, better off with a quest 3

  14. @TheCyberspaceCowboy

    November 12, 2025 at 6:09 pm

    Price?

  15. @Damodar626

    November 12, 2025 at 7:22 pm

Going with the quest controller style is a big loss for me I’ll be using my valve knuckles. The headset better last more than 4 hours of gameplay. Or I want a cable that they sell to keep it plugged in. Or make the battery hot swapable.

    • @MaccaOSU

      November 12, 2025 at 7:47 pm

sadly the frame drops support for both base stations and the knuckles controllers completely, going fully based on cameras on the headset itself

    • @Masteroftheweb

      November 12, 2025 at 8:01 pm

Battery is hot swappable and you can buy their “add on kit” to get straps to keep them on your hand for full finger tracking.

    November 12, 2025 at 7:27 pm

But how heavy is it? Remember Apple vision pro fatigue?

  17. @Masteroftheweb

    November 12, 2025 at 7:58 pm

This told me nothing that I need to know.

Will it seamlessly integrate with steamvr so I can use index light houses for FBT and index controllers?
