How did he do that? He was apparently already in a cell that was supposed to be a dry cell which has no bed sheets, no blankets, no running water, nothing to do that with to prevent exactly that.

if it is “raw” video, it’ll be encoded as .raw, which cannot be modified without changing the metadata, so I’d like to see what kind of video format the footage was in, and if their claims live up to what they say

Why is ‘likely’ in quotes? Shouldn’t be. Proper grammar, Mr. Editor, proper grammar. Metadata are facts – not assumptions. The word likely shouldnt be there at all. The metadata shows a missing piece – fact. There, I made it easy for you.

It’s so ridiculous for people to think the US government didn’t check or modify the metadata on this video. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing releasing it in this state.
