$9.5 billion in a tax exempt foundation and he spent way way way under the minimum required by law in order to keep its tax exempt status. This guy is just like Trump, grifting to the end. Trump also had a foundation of which he used it to pay for gatherings, parties and portraits of himself in a fake time magazine as man of the year (pathetic).
How can anyone know these things and support and vote for Trump and his commander Musk.

@@shrirajwal Most people equate wealth with intelligence, but if you study this area of sociology, truly intelligent people do not pursue money. Still, Elon’s case goes beyond his fathers emerald mine and winning life’s lotto. His true skill is in conning people, specifically the government, having taken over $38B since 2003. In the same way that Bernie Madolff and Elizabeth Holmes were celebrities, it was all built on hype and false promises. The info is out there if you care to research it.

U jack up the stock price of your company”s by making bold claims and promises like mentioned above in this comment section and in the end deliver nothing or something that falls way short of the initial promise. after that just repeat. U do realize Musk his wealth is mostly based on the value of Tesla stock, which is grossly over valued because of the pump and dump scheme.

The hit-job energy in this is really disappointing. For example, the $1B/(metric-)ton number is likely a reference to the current rate, not the Starship rate; if Starship ends up costing $1B/MT then the program will be cancelled.

Wow at least there is no bias in the report. I have never heard so many presumably, allegedly and speculatively comments based on un-named sources. Make sure to try and link every possible problem and negative factor while leaving out similar positives to keep the slant going. The start using Broligarc was a nice touch to set the tone. Very sad that Wired can’t do a balanced report and leave out the personal bias and hatred for Musk.
