    DeFi has promise, but it’s hard to imagine it will gain mass adoption any time soon – too much friction for normies. The anchor also has a point – right now it’s just a bunch of people speculating that a better use case will come of the token rather than anyone actually using the defi protocol for real-world usage. At the end of the day, it’s just way easier to go to the bank for a loan, than going through the hoops and hurdles of getting one through defi.
