    It’s ok if you’re a woman, LGBTQ or coloured but suddenly it’s racist to be white 😤

    This does not work, it always fails… get a clue. Racial hiring and this is racist. You need to give them a reason to learn, not just pay for it… also not hiring talent but for skin color is itself racist. Miami FD got sued in the 1990s for hiring by numbers per race. So naive!
