First of all I love Ralph Macchio. He just seems so humble and down to earth and with no entitlement whatsoever. Also he literally hasn’t aged. How many actors can you think of that 30 years later playing the same role they played as kids they get to play again as adults? The Cobra Kai cast got the chance to do this. Few if any other shows or movies ever get to do this (Disney recently 29 years later got Bette Middler, Kathy Najamy, and Sarah Jessica Parker in Hocus Pocus 2 but that is the only other show I can think of). He comes across here as a truly nice, genuine person. Not all actors are like that and it is greatly appreciated.

Nobody has ownership on how I feel towards specific character. Because I did like Ralph in “My Cousin Vinny.” I think he is a good actor, and my hatred was always towards Daniel not him.

Haven’t been able to watch all seasons of Cobra Kai, me being almost 40 and having a family and all. But just the fact that the show was made, the way it was made, and actually still going. It just makes me so happy. Ralph seems like such a down to earth guy, including in HIMYM. He seems legit happy about his stardom and fanbase.

When I was little (like 10), I loved you, Ralph, and I still do! You are such a great guy. One sweet thing about you is every time my grandma saw karate kid on tv she would stop and call me because she thought of me because she remembered my crush. We lost her last year to Covid.
