What a load of crap! If they cared about black lives they would use half of this money to help defund planned murderhood and the other half to properly fund the Chicago police department and set up a special office to get rid of the cops with a wrap sheet of complaints. That alone would decrease the loss of black life from nearly half a million a year to an increase of at least the 300,000 new black citizens a year.
