Branson May Set Up Virgin Group SPAC in Amsterdam
Richard Branson hinted but stopped short of confirming a report that his Virgin Group is considering setting up a blank-check company in the Netherlands, in what would be his first use of the structure in Europe. Branson and Virgin Orbit CEO Dan Hart spoke on “Bloomberg Markets: European Close.”
