Some of the same people who wouldn’t get a vaccine because they didn’t trust it will rush to get an implant when it comes available for the masses.😐

These is scary because yes can help people who need it but evil people use it control thoughts slippery slop as a Christian these could be early thing be mark of beast

They are one way, you cant control thoughts… it can only read impulses from your brain. You can already use religion to control peoples though to the point that they believe in magical beings. You dont need implants for that.

Personally this scares me
But this could really work for those with locked in syndrome. Being stuck in a body that doesn’t work is a TERRIBLE fear, those that could possibly be stuck in a body that doesn’t work could benefit from this

Why does it scare you? Does the thought of paralyzed people regaining quality of life bother you that much? Do you break out in a cold sweat every single time you see a wheelchair?

Neuralink looks more promising. Having the precision to play video games faster than people with keyboard and mouse is possible with Neuralink, but not with this.

The dude has a malfunction device “inside” his head. His body rejected Neuralink and the wires are still inside test subject i think.

No need to be scared of this sort of technology.
We as a human species are moving forward.
THE PROBLEM IS (not will be) BUT IS (currently) PEOPLE USING RELATED MIND/BRAIN TECHNOLOGY ON THE PUBLIC in SECRET.
If Synchron has this video publicly available on YouTube….then what does the “government” have in secret???

VOICE TO SKULL….that so called conspiracy
What does it take to beam sound microwaves in to a target’s head?
How long before this technology is abused on people that are relatively HEALTHY but then get mind/electronically KIDNAPPED into technology SLAVERY?

So these guys are ahead of neuralink but I haven’t heard of them. A demonstration of the way the rich get richer. Please support this alternative to neuralink so we have more than the Elon show.

Accessing the brain via the blood vessels has numerous advantages over the Neuralink approach which requires craniotomy and insertion of electrodes through and into brain tissue. One drawback of this approach has already become apparent; because the brain moves inside the skull with breathing for instance the electrodes are repeatedly being flexed. In the first human trial patient a number of the very fine micro-electrodes did break and although the team have sought a solution by lengthening the amount of ‘slack’ electrode in the space between the implant which is flush with the inner surface of the skull and the brain insertion point. However, as we all know if you bend ant wire enough times it will eventually break. The advantage of the approach used by Synchron is that the mesh is somewhat similar to the stents that have successfully been used for coronary angioplasty for many years.
