The White House is likely to be more open to merger solutions proposed by Big Tech, says William Kovacic, professor at the George Washington University Law School. He says that could influence the approach taken by regulators at the FTC and DOJ. Kovacic spoke with Tim Stenovec on “Bloomberg Technology.”
