This is now going to lower their pay. Pretty obvious. You pay less when tons of people come in, this always happens! They will lower pay and less people will be there trying, its a simple solution and others will go get a better job.

When I worked at a warehouse, the system would give us routes to pick orders, but because their algorithm was messed up, the reporting made us appear unproductive. We figured out how to trick the system by using cellphones to jam out radio signals once in a while. This allowed us to keep our jobs. Never underestimate the ingenuity of the underprivileged.

Its the old Indian sync cell phone scam, it’s been used there for a long time there for scamming people on their cell phones.
This is nothing new, just goes to show you Western life is just going downhill faster than an Indian Call Center scam.
