So is it “better” (if we had to choose) to go to bed latter than usual and wake up at the same hour than sleeping at the same hour as usual and wake up earlier?

I think it would be the same, assuming you fell asleep as quickly each time. Because the cycles would last the same length and you would still be getting up before the final cycle. The 8 hours would not have the beginning chopped off because it still starts at whatever time you fall asleep.

problem is, you can sleep 12 hours a day, if its not of a good quality, quantity doesnt matter, you will still be tired as a sloth

So should people sleep in multiples of 90 minutes?

It’s approximately 90 minutes for 1 sleep cycle, so your final sleep duration won’t be a multiple of 90 minutes. However, if you wake up at the same time every day then your body will have a more consistent sleep cycle.

This is why I do not function properly. Sleep 4 or 5 hours, or sleep 8 hours but in two parts instead of at ones, as I wake up and then go back to bed. Hot mess 🔥

Hey, you should really publish something on the death of Kelli Drinkwater. You still have the video of her saying that it’s ok to be fat. That it was healthy for her to be at the weight that she lived at. Imagine a teenage girl who’s 40 lbs overweight already and she goes and sees that video. You turned the comments section off so it preaches like truth. Kelli Drinkwater died of a heart attack at the age of 34. You’re a publisher. You lose credibility when you publish stuff like that.

Thats why it’s so hard to get out of bed when you need to get up earlier but you can stay up late and wake up the same time you always do. Sometimes even if you want to go back to sleep you can’t.

I get 8-9 hours every night. I never get sick amridiculously healthy, and it’s not from other lifestyle factors (e.g. diet) being stellar. I’m convinced good regular sleep is the reason. It’s importance cannot be overstated.
