He is not advocating for micro-loan programs but rather for a proactive approach to identifying individuals with impactful business ideas—those capable of creating jobs and strengthening their communities—and providing them with micro-grants. Unlike micro-loans, which involve extensive bureaucracy, complex systems, and additional costs such as fees, micro-grants offer a more direct and efficient means of support.
