Tbh, I thought this was kind of lame… until the end, when they were talking about improvisational cardistry. That changed everything! I’m an improvisational pianist. Steps 1 through 21 were the cardistry equivalent of learning how to read sheet music. But step 22 is being able to sit at a piano and play like a true artist. 🎵

So I mainly agree with these, but, and maybe its just me, after the basics, the sybil and the five faces of sybil(17) was one of the first that I learned, but I still can’t do any aerials (catching them at least), fans (to any sort of satisfaction), or the faro. I can also do kryptonite, so I can only do 1, 2, 6, 7, 12, 16, and 17.

  70. Jees

    August 1, 2021 at 6:42 pm

I have never done cardistry, but I do know the one handed shuffle. I didn’t know it was a cardistry move. Pretty funny that it’s level 18 and I have no idea how to do any other trick.
