    Heart stress is also a thing. Overweight is not healthy, and the solution is simple. eat less. Do not lie to yourself with ANYTHING else.

    When i see overweight it tells me a story. I might be guessing but i think lazy, uncaring for ones self, therfore not caring for anyone else. Dissusional when they say its okay to be obese etc.
