Unless SpaceX can fabricate some kind of magical indestructible heatshield, StarShip is going to end up being a glorified Space Shuttle at best.

No heat shield will be indestructible. It just needs to manage reentry well. Flight 12 and 13 heat shield did very well. Not rapidly reusable well, but easy to refurbish well. The Shuttle needed individualized specialty tiles for almost every location down to the specific Shuttle they were going on. Starship tiles are largely the same and pinned on. Makes them easy to mass produce and makes it easy to work on the heat shield. Refurbishing a Starship heat shield won’t be nearly as labor intensive as Shuttle. So they’ll get faster at refurbishment along with making the heat shield more durable as time goes on
