Can we call it the flying fish? Imagine a personal ship like this then an orca or a shark bites your half off as the fish bird plane tries to fly away from the water lol

@KHos73 I imagine they will eventually but it was probably difficult enough as it to come up with a design that can not only swim but break through the water into the air. Every once of weight was probably considered as well as aero and hydro dynamics.

@Beyonder1987 there were reports from a Thai vessel in the Strait of Hormuz that there was some sort of drone that dipped into and out of the water. Like it was doing something similar before impacting their engine room.

We love throwing around the word robot, when it’s really just an expensive RC.

Flying out flat water is one thing but in rough ocean waters with waves is I would of though to be much harder.

Well I can think of plenty of ideas but, like everything else, I imagine the technology will be optimized for warfare or surveillance.

this was a simple toy that i made real quick in simulator for me and my wife to play with at the bridge on congress … i make it real quick and we play with it … its a toy… and to some it was like “future” technology that ment more to them than just a toy
