    20gb download size wow

      June 10, 2026 at 1:07 am

Calm down its developer beta … it is not even public beta.

Getting excited for Google Gemini on the iPhone lol

    • @SSukram_

      June 9, 2026 at 1:51 pm

Lowk I feel like this is better, because on android Gemini is just a shortcut to the Gemini app and can’t really do anything or understand like Siri can in these betas

    • @aliasrandm

      June 9, 2026 at 4:18 pm

@SSukram_huh that’s not true at all. Gemini has personal intelligence, screen awareness, Gemini Live etc.

No Siri AI here in the UK – No app, nothing

      June 9, 2026 at 12:18 pm

Get a Samsung phone and you can enjoy AI in its full glory.

All this cool stuff, Android phones can do it right now and so much more and it didn’t take Google years of playing catch-up to figure out how to get it to work

    • @Youdoyouyeah

      June 9, 2026 at 9:27 am

Duh. That’s the point of powering the foundational models with Gemini. But this will be far more data secure.

Gemini isn’t integrated to the OS as neatly and conveniently in a unibody format as Siri will be. I know cuz I use a Pixel too.

Gemini on android can’t really do anything it is just a shortcut to the app essentially

@Youdoyouyeahhow do you know what Siri will be (y’all fanboys kill me) it’s not even out yet. And you don’t have a pixel you would know it’s fully integrated in the OS 😂 smh

No WE are NOT!!!!!! I don’t want agentic AI shoved down my throat and snooping in all of my personal information in this fascist tech bro era of PAELNTIR!!! After the announcement, for the first time ever, I turned Siri COMPLETELY OFF of all my apple devices! And I’m not looking back. Good luck with the dumpster fire suckers!

    June 9, 2026 at 10:10 am

No, we really aren’t since Apple keep promising features that never arrive or arrive buggy.

Apparently not coming to the EU. We’ll be able to make ChatGPT as our default assistant.

    • @SSukram_

In the nicest way possible Gemini can’t do anything, it’s basically just a shortcut to access the app. Gemini intelligence does have some nice features but currently they aren’t able to be used unlike Siri in developer betas

  13. @kwasigentleman5051

    June 9, 2026 at 12:54 pm

    I’m crying.

  14. @Rioske

    June 9, 2026 at 1:35 pm

SIRI AI 🤤: in the backstage Google Gemini 😏 doing all the work

  15. @Rioske

    June 9, 2026 at 1:37 pm

The SIRI AI is just Google Gemini with makeup💄, even has the same UI only with another name and app image

    • @SSukram_

      June 9, 2026 at 1:51 pm

It uses the Google foundation nano models, but that’s about it, the indexing and the search system, as well as support is all developed by apple

  16. @GregStew

    June 9, 2026 at 3:38 pm

Great to finally see Siri AI but for us the even more exciting application will be ok the HomePod and Apple TV. Enough of the “ask me again from your iPhone” 😒 Once it’s there we’ll Trade-In all our devices to embrace the new Siri 🤗✨

  17. @leehookerstein

    June 9, 2026 at 4:05 pm

I live in the uk, we won’t be getting Siri AI. Also which iPhones will be able to support Siri AI?! I’m sure it’ll be the latest handsets only. So no not looking forward to this new OS…is there even anything for say iPhone 12 or 15 users like myself to benefit from this update?! I highly doubt it

    • @laxjs

      June 10, 2026 at 12:49 am

Once a day passes and it finishes indexing, I find even the 27 beta 1 to be considerably smoother and more stable than iOS 26.5

    • @privacy_simplified

      June 10, 2026 at 1:11 am

Siri AI is just skin version of “Gemini”, they partnered with Google for their inferior model intelligence model btw cause they would ofc no give them latest pro models lol (Just get Nothing, Samsung, OPPO phone)

  18. @Hintonbro.

    June 9, 2026 at 5:11 pm

So what phones will it work on?
Will 16& 17 have any Apple Intelligence features that didn’t show up two years ago?

    • @Isaac-tf9ri

      June 9, 2026 at 8:13 pm

      yes

    • @KlapUrHanz

      June 9, 2026 at 11:32 pm

      15 pro and up

  19. @KristenPaluch

    June 9, 2026 at 5:21 pm

i’ll wait for ios 27 siri in public beta and final release

  20. @michaelmccurdy942

    June 9, 2026 at 7:36 pm

I don’t really care about this since I never used Siri in the first place and removed it from all of my devices. I’ll go on my merry way without it, AI or not. Thanks for asking for our opinions 😉.

  21. @TroupeGoal

    June 10, 2026 at 5:59 am

It feels like it has such a long way to go still that apart from the most basic of queries people may be used to using something different. I like Copilot.

  22. @wagnervoss

    June 10, 2026 at 6:26 am

iPhone 18. The new phone by Google. 🤦‍♀🙄

  23. @dank1634

    June 11, 2026 at 1:46 am

It get me that the new Siri if free.. and google Gemini you have to pay 😂 🤦🏻‍♂️ I’ve just received the new Siri today I think I won’t be paying for Gemini soon 😂
