We know the truth about LLMs. AI can’t “do” maths, it doesn’t store “knowledge”, it can’t verify its own results, it has no logic or deduction capability, it can’t be trusted in law or medicine, it’s only right 50% of the time, and it can hallucinate. It’s the biggest scam in history. The crooked AI companies and their clueless fanboys and influencers will disappear. Hooray !

The gaps are closing. AI uses tools now, so if it needs to do a calculation it can call on a calculator and collect the result. The other issues are being addressed and becoming more polished every day.

Just goes to show how obervalued atleast OpenAI is, hopefully this stops their IPO coming next year, because it won’t be needed. Expecting another open source model of similar calibre once the weights are made public by moonshot on 27th.

DeepSeek v4 final is coming soon. That is also impressive but it’s much cheaper than Kimi. Only a few cents a day for most users.
