      ChatGPT is Microsoft and uses the internet as the source leading to more opinions than facts…. but if a Constitution and Bill of Rights is made for the AI to use factually sourced information from perryview certified websites on evolving science medicine archaeology astrophysics; it could actually teach you a lot….
