Happened to me with Verizon for a $700 off iPhone 12 Pro promo. Had to keep calling once a month asking when the promo would be added to my account. They ended up just giving me the full promo as an instant credit 5 months later.
My tip: make sure you get the name of the person you spoke with AND make sure they add notes to your account so future reps can refer to them
