I agree with the sentiment but sounds like you’re just giving methods of procrastination which don’t exactly solve much and lead to bad habits that can become out of control.

if its to hard to shower dont worry, for about 4.99 you can get a motivational slap. It works every time. In the morning, in the afternoon, or at night. You can get a slap to the face to get your self moving. 🫲🏾😡

That was my thought, too. Saying this is a “How to __” & than not saying the how to __, makes the title for this click bait.

She is actually telling you how to do laundry. Please see the full video.

Agreed! Even this can be seen as too much work for someone going through depression. Having a clean environment can drastically improve the lives of those suffering from mental illness. Always remember to check on the people you care about. Mental health kills in silence. 💜

It’s tricky because sometimes you can form excuses for your reasons. Being aware of options is good, but you can know too much and it(options) can inhibit the better and best doing. Coming from a sustainer of depression and trauma, me.

This poor woman needs help. It saddens me to see inconsiderate Karen’s like this who think there life is so bad when, if it is, it is there own dam fault.

You might want to educate yourself instead of spouting about a topic you obviously know absolutely nothing about.

Life is not a competition, there is no need to compare and belittle people’s struggles. Doing this helps no one. Not the woman talking, and not the people you claim to have it worse. You can acknowledge one’s struggles without tearing down another person.
